Nice to Meet Jew
Hosted by 17-year-old Ava Marjorie, Nice to Meet Jew is a podcast that explores the vast diversity of the Jewish community through stories that are moving, relatable, sometimes hilarious, and occasionally heartbreaking. Her guests — a comedian, a dancer, an environmentalist, a fashion designer, a Holocaust survivor, and more — reveal the many ways Jewish identity can be lived, questioned, and expressed. Sometimes Judaism is at the center of the conversation, and sometimes it barely comes up. But there’s a connection that ties these people together, even if it isn’t always visible. Each episode celebrates the truth that there’s no single way to be Jewish — and that’s exactly what makes Jewish identity so rich!
